Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us.

Return Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
• The item must be accompanied by its original packaging

Procedure

Contact us by email, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address.

Refund

The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days after receipt and verification of the item, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
