1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of second-hand fashion products made on the broc-shop.com website by Broc Shop.

2. Products

The items offered are carefully selected second-hand clothing and accessories. The condition of each item is specified in its description. The photos are representative of the actual condition of the item.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Broc Shop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Items are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you. As each item is unique, the sale is final upon validation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments (SSL secured) or via PayPal. The debit is made at the time of the order.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of payment.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification. Consult our return policy for the terms and conditions.

8. Guarantees
